Listing accuracy
Hours, closure status, prices and service can change after a listing is updated. Updating the directory does not verify every restaurant. A website link alone does not establish that a site is operated by the restaurant.
Menu coverage varies. A delivery menu can differ from the dine-in menu, including prices. A missing menu, count, photo or practical detail means we do not have that information, not that it does not exist. Publication of photos and review excerpts does not grant permission to reuse them.
Confirm current hours, booking, accessibility and dietary requirements directly with the restaurant. Menu descriptions and dietary labels are not allergy guarantees.
Coverage includes dim sum and broader dumpling candidates. A cuisine label does not verify Cantonese dim sum, cart service or a dim sum service window. General dish and ordering guides describe the tradition, not the offering at every listed restaurant.
Ratings and sorting
Ratings are not scores assigned by our editors. Rating counts are shown where known. A rating count is not necessarily a count of written reviews. Displayed excerpts are a limited sample, not all reviews or a representative survey.
Highest-rated lists use the stored rating. Review-count sorting uses the stored count; name sorting is alphabetical. Neither ranking accounts for the age or size of every rating sample. Listings with a high rating and few ratings can rank above better-documented listings. These are automatic sorts, not editorial selections.
Sponsored and affiliate placements, when configured, carry disclosures and do not change restaurant ratings or sorting.
Corrections and contributions
A public correction, removal or upload form is not available on this directory. No submission is collected through this page. Owner-claim requests, where enabled, are separate from visitor corrections and do not grant editing access automatically.
For a visit, contact the restaurant using the details on its listing to check disputed information. This does not submit a correction to the directory.
How reservation requests work
Where enabled on US listings, Surfaced Pro's automated reservation assistant calls the restaurant on your behalf. It shares your name, phone number and party details with the restaurant. Your email is used only to send updates about this request. Updates are email-only.
Sending a request does not guarantee a booking. Some restaurants accept only walk-ins or cannot accommodate the requested time. Wait for the result by email before treating the request as confirmed. For groups of 10 or more, call the restaurant directly.
